Going first saves us both a round

First-tier essentials
The doctrines I would not serve without: Scripture as God’s inspired, authoritative word; God as Father, Son, and Spirit; Jesus Christ, fully God and fully man, who died and rose bodily for sinners; salvation by grace through faith, not works; and the church as the body He builds through ordinary means. Nothing unusual here, and I want it to read that way. This is the floor every gospel-preaching church should share.
Second and third tier
I hold to plural elder leadership, believer's baptism by immersion, and the eldership office reserved for qualified men, while women serve in nearly every other ministry capacity. I lean cautious continuationist on spiritual gifts rather than cessationist. None of these are hills I'll die on with a teammate who lands differently. I've served alongside people who disagree with me on two of the four. Romans 14 and Titus 3 both say the same thing: these are disputable matters, and dividing over them is the greater failure. I try to lead like I believe that.
Where my theology actually shows
Sit with someone whose marriage is ending, or who can’t get out of bed, and you find out fast what you actually believe about God, sin, suffering, and hope. I don’t reach for therapeutic language borrowed from outside Scripture when someone is in crisis. I reach for the text, because I believe it’s sufficient for what they’re carrying, not a supplement to it. That conviction has been tested in more living rooms than seminars, and it’s held.
